Shipping Policy
Where LifePages delivers your printed book, how long it takes, who carries it and how you can follow it.
Effective from 6 November 2026
This policy is part of our General Terms and Conditions. It covers the printed hardcover book that comes with every LifePages plan, and any extra copies you order.
1. How your book is made and sent
Every book is printed for you alone. Nothing is printed until you have finished writing and approved your book for printing in your LifePages account. We then check the print files and pass them to one of our print partners, who prints and binds the book and hands it to the carrier. The book is sent straight from the printer to the delivery address you gave us.
2. Shipping cost
Delivery of the book included in your plan is free: there is no shipping charge at checkout or later. Depending on your country, local charges such as import tax or customs duty may apply when the parcel arrives, and you are responsible for paying them.
3. Where we deliver
We deliver to most countries worldwide, including every country of the European Union, the United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, the United States, Canada and Israel.
We do not deliver to Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Cuba, Iran, Syria or North Korea, or to any other destination where sanctions apply or our carriers do not operate. This list can change.
If you are not sure whether we can deliver to you, write to us at support@getlifepages.com before you order.
4. Delivery times
Your book usually arrives within two to three weeks of the day you approve it for printing. That time is made up of:
- Printing and binding: about four working days.
- Delivery: usually three to seven days from the day the printer hands the parcel to the carrier.
These are estimates and not guaranteed dates. Customs checks can add time for parcels sent outside the European Union, and carriers can be slower around public holidays.
5. Carriers
Your book travels by tracked delivery with a national post or courier service, such as GLS, DHL, DPD, FedEx, Royal Mail, USPS or Canada Post. Which one carries your parcel depends on your country and the size of the parcel. Your shipping email always names the carrier that has your parcel.
6. Tracking
As soon as the printer hands your parcel to the carrier, we email you the carrier’s name, the tracking number and a link to follow the parcel. The email goes to the address on your LifePages account.
7. If something goes wrong
Your book has not arrived. If the tracking has not moved for more than a week, or your book has not arrived within three weeks of the shipping email, write to us at support@getlifepages.com. We will trace the parcel with the carrier. If it is confirmed lost, we print your book again and send it to you at no cost.
Your book arrived damaged or faulty. Write to us at support@getlifepages.com within 14 days of delivery, with photographs showing the fault. If the book is faulty or not as described, we send a replacement to the original delivery address at no cost.
The address was wrong. Please check your delivery address before you approve your book. If the address or contact details you gave us are incorrect or incomplete, we are not responsible for sending the order again or providing a replacement.
